André Wigger is responsible for the Employee Engagement and Change Communications services in Germany. With his team, he supports companies in improving employee engagement, developing and building their employer brand, recruiting employees and communicating in transformation projects including restructurings, post-merger integrations, culture changes with mission and values development processes.

Before joining H+K, André worked for strategic communications consultancy Deekeling Arndt Advisors, international PR network Burson-Marsteller, now BCW, and communications agency Ahrens&Behrent, now A&B One, among others.
