Pippa is responsible for the day-to-day business operations and is lucky enough to work across the whole of H+K London, with a variety of talented, diverse and creative people.   ​

Pippa is passionate about developing our own people, as well as bringing in the best talent in the market place and creating a dynamic and engaging work environment to help us achieve our business objectives.​

Pippa joined H+K in 2004, having previously worked client side, at both a start-up agency and prior to that in a medium size consumer brand agency, so is aware of the challenges clients face and the need to develop exceptional client teams with the right combination of skills, expertise and drive to produce outstanding work.    ​

Pippa has worked as a Non-Executive Director at Epic ELM CIC, the first youth services department in the UK to be set-up outside of local authority control. She is a qualified coach after completing the Professional Certificate of Coaching at the Henley Business School and is particularly interested in supporting senior and rising women in the work place. She is also enrolled as a mentor with The Aspire Foundation.
